Sweet and Smokey Baked Chicken Wings

Baked Chicken Wings
I love watching the old sitcom Three’s Company.  My love of all things TC started when I was in Jr. High.
I know, I know.  I was pretty young to start watching such a mature show.  
Most of the show was over my head.
I just knew that I wanted to be with Jack Tripper someday.
He was a chef.
He was cute.
He was hilarious.
And he hung out at the Regal Beagle.
I used to dream that I would grow up and marry Jack. We would meet up with our friends Larry, Janet,  and Chrissy, (Not Cindy or Terry, Chrissy was much funnier and sold a Thigh-Master.)
We would sit at the half-moon booth and laugh while our hairy-chested bestie Larry get a drink thrown in his face by some random woman at the bar.
Chrissy would say something totally funny like advising us  all to eat our salad before it gets cold.
Lana would be sitting by herself giving me the stink-eye because I was with Jack and she wasn’t.
Jack would be making us bust a gut, by pretending to trip while carrying all of our drinks to the table.
Mr. Furley would come in dressed in his butterfly-collard paisley shirt, waiting for his date that may or may not show up.
Life would be good because we hung out with the funniest people on earth.
I used to also dream that my mom would marry Huey Lewis.
This girl can dream.
You know what’s real though?
These wings.
Baked.  Not Fried.
Delicious, crispy, sweet and smokey.

Sweet and Smokey Baked Chicken Wings

1.5 lb chicken wings
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 Tb olive oil
2 Tb honey
1 Tb Worcestershire Sauce
Preheat oven to 425.
Toss all ingredients in a large ziplock.
Shake until all wings are covered with mixture.
Cover a large cookie sheet with tin foil.
Place cookie cooling racks on cookie sheet.
Remove wings from bag and place evenly on cooling racks.
(I use the cooling racks so they get crispy.)
Cook for 45 minutes.
Serve with ranch dressing to dip.
